Memo eats sushi for lunch

Go Jazz! We were lucky enough to go see the Jazz play in Madison Square Garden. We rode the train into the city - I didn't realize the Garden was right in Penn Station, we didn't even have to go outside to get to our seats! We did go outside to eat dinner and a fellow Jazz fan mistook J-man for Korver, "Hey KOrver!" I guess he didn't notice Korver was wearing a Millsap jersey.

Cutest little New York Jazz fan. People kept telling Tiana to "Raise that child the right way! As a Knicks fan!" Yeah right.


Our seats were awesome - we sat with all the Jazz families - if you look closely you can see Millsap's family right behind us. Memo's wife was right in front of us.

Our tickets were press passes, so they gave us a media guide book - with tons of stats and information about players for reporters so they can sound like they know what they're talking about. Each player has a "personal" section in the book and I have found some pretty interesting details about our Jazz:
1. Playing for the Jazz is the first job Morris Almond has ever had
2. Boozer's hobbies include doodling, watching movies and playing chess. He loves Lord of the Rings.
3. Ronnnie Brewer's favorite color is light blue.
4. Jarron Collins loves 24 and playing golf.
5. Kyrylo Fesenko enjoys reading fantasy books and playing video games.
6. Matt Harpring's favorite food is lasagna.
7. AK's wife is a Russian pop star, and his favorite food is sushi. He lives across the street from Memo.
8. Kyle Korver comes from a basketball family, and his mom once scored 74 points in a high school b-ball game. His hobbies include ping pong, bowling, croquet, pool, and frisbee golf. In September, he played kickball for 25 hours to set the Guiness World Record for longest kickball game.
9. C.J. Miles' has a hidden talent for playing the piano and his favorite musical artist is Lil' Wayne.
10. Paul Milsap says his mom is his biggest influence, and his favorite food is tacos.
11. Memo's favorite color is yellow and he has a yellow ferrari. He likes to eat sushi for lunch.
12. Ronnie Price enjoys talking on the phone to family and friends. He is the first Jazz player in history to wear the number 17.
13. D-Will's favorite food is steak and his favorite movie is Gladiator.
14. Gabe Muoneke likes to draw and read poetry.
