Love bug

Last night I was sitting on the living room floor folding laundry. Josie was running by playing, and she stopped and put her sweet little arms around my neck so tightly and gave me a big kiss. She didn't run off, but stayed there and hug, hug, hugged me. I burst into tears - not because I was having an emotional day, because I wasn't, but because I felt so much overwhelming love for her that it felt like it just couldn't fit in my body. I was bursting at the seams with love and it started shooting out my tear ducts. She is so sweet and loving, I feel so lucky to be loved by her.

I read your blog all the time, Linds, and you are honestly such a tender, sweet mother. Though we were different ages, all my vicarious memories of you are of you being happy, optimistic and kind to everyone. You're still as beautiful and joyful as ever - keep up the delightfulness!

Ahhhhh... its nice to have moments like that to remind us why we are doing all this isn't it? Hey, I'm pumped you are such a great fly baby. I swear. Where was that book when we lived on Sunnyside AVe? WE could have used a tip or two. Talk about 2 perf roomies. Neither one had one opinion about organization or cleanliness. Those were the good old days. hhhhhh

Ha! Obviously if we went "shopping" we went out of town. lol We went to Sioux Falls for the day. They have one more year left. They moved in 2 doors down, so now there are 5 families in the complex. Pretty fun. Although 3 are leaving us this summer!

Thank you for the compliments on parenting, I needed it! You are also an amazing MOM! It's little hugs and kisses that reminds us how sweet and innocent they really are, when they are been knotty! One of my favorite songs I listen to when I have a stressful day with my children is "Let Them Be Little" by Lonestar. Get a tissue out because you will need it. Oh and I totally bought the book "Sink Reflections" because I need some organization! Thanks!
